Every week I offer four 45-minute zoom Mindfulness sessions.
What do these look like? We do a quick check in. I'll often share a short Mindfulness teaching and then I'll guide you in a meditation.
To support your intention of attending, you'll be sent a calendar invite with the zoom link and password for each session you want on your calendar. Note, I will not track you down if you don't show. Life happens. But having it on your calendar will make it easier to block off these times for your own care.
Some participants use these as the meditations they can count on and some use it to supplement their own meditation. You can attend, one session, all sessions, or something in-between. It all works.
