Here you can find Mindfulness training programs for both groups and individuals. We have programs to meet everyone’s needs, whether you need to learn when it’s convenient for you, but still have that personal touch to keep you on track; or whether you need face to face training. These trainings are meant to support you in developing an actual life practice, I’m sorry to say there’s no magic pill for learning Mindfulness, one has to actually practice over a period of time. But if you stick with me for the training period and participate in the three additional months of practice, you’ll have a practice you can fall back on within your personal and professional life.
Mindfulness for Organizations
Most organizations recognize they have some need for increased communication and participation within their teams. The workplace is the place for a professional, get things done attitude; but sometimes that attitude can be thrown for a loop by all the other things going on in our lives, disagreements with co-workers and leadership, and the general stress of trying to be everything to everybody. I can help you provide the Mindfulness training program that will work within your unique organization, either in-person or via webinar.
Mindfulness for Academia
After spending many years in higher education, I especially offer this training to those people working hard to both maintain our educational system, while providing excellent learning opportunities for our children at all ages. Mindfulness training can help with the loss of focus we feel from increased stress and hours worked.

It takes a lot of courage to want to focus on yourself. All the messages in our society tell us that is selfish, when really we can't properly care for others until we've learned to be kind to ourselves.
