 Research is showing the practice of Mindfulness can have a positive effect on stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and depression.  This session will briefly introduce the practice of Mindfulness.  The group will experience a variety of Mindfulness techniques that the participants can take with them to use as resources in their journey.
